Bebe Lilly, Milo, Samia, Casitas and the list goes on!!!!!

So today at home we discover Bebe Lilly I love to go in You tube and show Samia cartoons and children videos from different countries languages and so forth.  I am a firm believer we live in a global society and by the time she gets older is going to be more global so I want her to be familiar with all kind of stuff and never be taken by surprise by anything.  We usually venture into Spanish, Arabic and Portuguese items: however, today we venture to the french cartoons and we found Bebe Lilly and WE including myself are in love with her.  We found out they have it in Italian, Spanish and many more other languages.  We are just going crazy with the music.  After watching in the computer for a while we started to dance to it and Samia would be screaming.
"Bebe Lilly Helwa"
I also kept on working in my casita I painted the inside and some of the wood for the gates still needs much work, but is hard to do when Samia is awake since she wants to paint with me and it just becomes a mess, so it can only be done when there are no kids around.  I also started working on few of the clay objects that would go inside.
I also cook my roast leg of lamb today and some baba-ghanouj
Roast Leg of Lamb

I usually buy the one with no bone, after cleaning it and removing as much fat as I can, I season it with garlic, salt, pepper and cumin.  Then I roll it and tight it up so as it cooks it stays moist.
In the Pyrex I get onions, carrots and celery and put it in the bottom with a little bit of olive oil.
I put in the oven at 350 not cover so it can cook nice and slow, it does not get dry because of the juice of the lamb, the onion, the celery and the carrots.

The baba ghanouj I take the eggplant wash it and pinch it with the fork, then put it in the oven in 350 for about 20 minutes, till you see the skin bubble up.
Once it bubbles up you take it out and let it cool off then you cut the top and start peeling it, the skin should come out with no problem.
Then you take the seeds out, although I have to admit I forgot to do so this time.  Then you put tahina sauce, lemon juice salt and pepper and put it in the blender.
While I do all of these stuff many other things go around my house for instance:
Gamila decides to arrange Samia's cotton drawer and takes out all of her panties, undershirts etc. I come to find these:
Today I was reading my friends Mona blog so I took out my lip gloss that  I am addicted to. After reading the name I put it back on my purse, I should add Samia loves lip gloss.  Later on the afternoon while I was making dinner, Samia comes running into the kitchen screaming  "Mami look at my lipstick"  I see a mouth and face full of red marks she has use her red market as her lipstick, my little clown:

And this is how I wrap up my day at home with my two nenas and enjoying every single moment of it, Yes I wont lie there are moments that care difficult to the point I want to run out of the house, but I have to think for a moment and be thankful for what I have.
  • Two beautiful healthy girls
  • A wonderful husband
  • HEALTH
  • Be able to stay home
  • Have hot and cold water
  • A house with electricity
  • A caring family
  • A balance meal

Gracias Dios, Allhomduliallah, Thank you God,  for giving me all of these please take care of those that are in need right now and are lacking those things we take for granted everyday!
Nenas don't forget the fact that we have does not mean that everybody else does, while I type this and while you read this there are million of people in need in the whole wide world!

I dearly love lamb but had no idea how to fix it. I get so happy when you pull a Rachael Ray and post how you cook something.
