Arepas con Huevo

Okey nenas here is the recipe for las arepas con huevo:

Get the masa put some Spanish seasoning the one that gives the color, some salt.
Get some of the real butter and melt it.
Then mix some hot water the butter and the masa and amazala make sure is not that dry, and make the arepas.
Then in a pot put oil to warm up after the oil is very hot, insert an arepa let it get cook a little bit, at least the outside to be crusty.
Pull it out let it cool off then open it in the top like a half moon.
On the side beat eggs with salt and pepper and put about two tablespoons inside the arepa in the half moon and immediately put back in the oil.
Let it fry for about 5 minutes and then is out.
To keep them warm while you do the others ones, put them in the oven in low.

Nenas if you want to make arepas rellenas con carne, pollo, lengua. Do the same but the first time around in the oil leave them there much longer too cook completely.
Once they are cook pull them out open the half moon in the top take out some of the dough and then filled them up with meat, chicken or lengua.

The recipe to make the meat, pollo, or lengua is the same. Como carne en salsa.
The Carne en Salsa is the meat with tomatoes, onions, olive oil, Spanish seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic let it cook till the meat is done.
